Events Dominion Played
Dominion Digital no longer takes bookings. This is a record of the work.
The old Book Your DJ page asked one question first: what kind of event is it?
- Corporate events: professional, unique events that supported marketing efforts, recruitment drives and product launches.
- Proms and school dances: grade school, middle school, high school and university. "If you want to be the hero at your school, all you have to do is let us program your event."
- Wedding receptions: local brides found the service made their weddings memorable, exciting and fun.
- Special events and celebrations: birthdays, Sweet Sixteens, bachelor and bachelorette parties.
How to Become a Digital DJ 101
Saturday, April 9, 2011, 2:00 to 3:30 PM, North Babylon Public Library. Dominion Digital DJs, with the North Babylon Library, offered a free starter course for anyone who'd ever dreamed of becoming a DJ.
The class covered the craft, the technology and the business. Deejay Raw, Deejay Drastic and Mr. Steele showed students how to beatmatch, scratch and land gigs as a beginner. Spots were limited, and sign-ups ran through the library.
